OVERVIEW & CONTEXT
The present article gives our responses’—context—to the United Kingdom—UK—of Great Britain—GB—Ministry of Defence’s—MOD’s—Defence Sourcing Portal—DSP—underwater pressure transducers request for information—RFI. In other words: in this article, defencegateway.xyz—dgx—gives its reasons for responding to the RFI in the previous three articles.
The present article qualitatively implies how pressure transducers can undermine nuclear-armed submarine concealment; these enable first-strike—or first-response—for low-landmass non-landlocked polities. This article is the culmination of repeated unsuccessful forewarning attempts made by a dgx represented think-tank.
The threat to national security pertains to pre-existing, yet seemingly overlooked, inexpensive and readily-accessible technologies.
LANDMASS & AMOURY
The following statement is made according to Encyclopaedia Britannica. For example: globally, after Israel and North Korea, the UK is respectively the smallest suspected or confirmed nuclear armed country.
It is also the country with the smallest-landmass that is nuclear-armed in Europe. As members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation—NATO—the UK and France are the only two nuclear armed European states.
You may be asking yourselves: is this where pressure transducers come into play? Are we there yet?
Well, kind of …
PARADIGM SHIFT
Under the administration of President Donald John Trump, the United States of America’s—USA’s—NATO commitment may be in question. Should this dubious sentiment escalate—and manifest USA departure from NATO—then within three generations, the geopolitical landscape would change drastically.
Western Europe would be under the protection and sway of a sunni-muslim majority, and likely-governed, France and UK … Thermonuclear weapon armed superpowers. If this occurs, then a security-axis of sunni-states could comprise the presently nuclear-armed Pakistan, the aforementioned France, and the UK.
The USA and the Russian Federation would be the only christian majority, and likely governed, nuclear powers in the world. Of course though, our projections are somewhat naive, and presuppose that there will be no further proliferation of nuclear-arm capability.
In other words: it is possible that other unmentioned nations will become nuclear armed, thereby rendering our naive predictions simplistic.
Whatever the case: at least one nation is presently nuclear-armed and with a total-effective landmass-area—TELMA—greater than that of the UK.
FIRST STRIKE CAPABILITY
Let us assume that the following sentence is the case.
The aforementioned nation’s or group of nations’ TELMA or TELMAs exceeds or exceed that of our current exemplary nation—the UK. Then the aforementioned nation or group of nations, shall hereinafter simply be referred to as ‘supra-TELMA’, for brevity.
Supra TELMA could use their nuclear weapons to attempt to destroy those of the UK’s. GB, being a nation with a small landmass is strategically dependent upon her operational and undetectable nuclear armed submarine fleet.
Yes, this is where pressure transducers come into play … But we are not quite there yet. That is because this website is about presenting what we believe to be new technology … And this is all old news.
If supra-TELMA cannot destroy all of the UK’s nuclear weapons in a first-strike, then GB can strike-back. Mutually assured destruction—MAD—is then in effect.
MAD depends upon the integrated landmass—assests specifically—of the UK’s nuclear-armed—national—adversary, and the total explosive-yield of its deliverable nuclear arsenal. Reiterated: MAD depends upon the UK’s ability to deploy a sufficient number of nuclear-weapons over the terrain of its adversary.
MAD has kept the world free from a nuclear exchange during the Cold War era. However—in today’s world—perhaps MAD could be limited to nuclear weapon capable targets, rather than including civilian and financial ones.
In this bleak discussion, there is a dim glow of optimism, but in effect … What short of total MAD or limited MAD and occupation would prevent another arms race, resulting in continued nuclear warfare?
SPECIFIC LETHALITY
Even if—only—the threat of total MAD can be avoided, a first strike capability is necessary. This requires the UK to possess enough nuclear-warheads to destroy the nuclear-weapons of its adversary in the opening salvo.
Such a feat would limit or prevent the UK from being hit by the adversary’s nuclear weapons at all. After this idealised situation, conventional weapons would need to be used to contain the adversary and prevent their nuclear re-armament.
RELEVANCE
Every little helps when it comes to keeping the UK’s nuclear-armed submarines beyond the scope of detection and tracking. It is for this reason that the present article should be of interest to the reader … As well as the three preceding it.
The art of detection, with pressure transducers that shall later be implied by the present article, is subtle. However, the scientific community can be committed to observation and analysis; this can be exemplified in the following sentence.
Searching for extraterrestrial life by detecting the minutely observable wobble of distant stars and their scattered spectra is en vogue.
What then of utilising the same care, diligence and expertise to preserve life and culture on our own home planet—Earth?
ETHICS
Why should we publish such a seemingly sensitive article on the aforementioned prior subject matter? Is it not an irresponsible act?
We would have thought so … But in short, the UK’s—Intellectual Property Office—IPO—have not restricted publication under section twenty-two of the patents act. The Defence Nuclear Organisation—DNO—and the Royal Navy have not acknowledged—and restricted the publication of—the present article’s recounted and forwarded email-content-excerpts—reworded.
It is not clear to dgx why seemingly-novel pressure transducers designed by its affiliated think-tank would be clear for publication. Perhaps grading at technology readiness level two—TRL 2—according to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration—NASA—is beneath an actionable threat threshold.
This places the timescale—of the dissemination of a funded study to the construction of a full-scale detection system—to approximately ten-years.
The think-tank that dgx represents suspects that if it has hypothesised novel applications for pressure transducers then … Other actors may have also. Additionally, the disregard of the UK MOD—Royal Navy and DNO—implies that our concerns may be unfounded … If the MOD is not mistaken.
As stated repeatedly, the IPO, which works with the MOD in security matters, has cleared the inventor for patent-application publication.
We therefore relate a slightly-reworded common email excerpt to the Royal Navy, and DNO. It was sent to Commodore Marcus Rose’s,Royal Navy, Atlantic Net team and Madelaine McTernan—Companion of the Order of Bath—CB—respectively.

Re: Consideration & Integration’ …
An affiliate has conceptualised intellectual property—IP—pertaining to at least eight transmission mechanisms—these are channels, numbering in the order of tens. They are diverse phenomena resulting in leaked-signals from nuclear-powered-submarines, for their surveillance and detection—ultimately by pressure transducers and other devices.
Our affiliate claims to enable leak-detection; they could be hired to conceptualise counter-detection measures, also.
It is our humble suggestion that the MOD consider the IP—that is proposed from TRL 2 to TRL 7 inclusive. Note that the original emails discussed TRLs ranging from one to three, inclusive … It has been an active few months.
However, we caveat the latter part of the present updated range—from formulation to field-prototype in particular. The dgx affililiate’s demonstrative prototypes and proofs of concepts were not guaranteed or even designed to meet with industry standards.
NETWORK
The first discussed IP family pertains to the detection of nuclear submarines by extremely low frequency, ELF, highly intense bremsstrahlung—ELFHIB—radiation. This in part is sourced by reactor-fission, the reactor’s surrounding materials’ and environs’ radioactivity and charged particles produced by neutrino-interaction.
Also, a broader, yet less intense, electromagnetic spectrum of frequencies—BYLIEMSOF—is generated by cosmic muon flux; comment below for more details.
ELFHIB cannot be definitively screened by the submarine; ELFHIB and BYLIEMSOF also induce a detectable passive sonar signal. This can be transmitted through surrounding kilometres of ocean due to radiowave electric field component acceleration of oceanic electrolytic ions.
Note that energetic electrically charged particles may be generated external to the hull by radioactivity—for want of a better word. The marine medium results in their deceleration, and may produce BYLIEMSOF.
Thus far: six of at least eight transmission channels are listed by our affiliate. They enjoy intellectual property rights, IPR, regarding their detection methods.
Thus far: the action of the pressure transducers have been passive, or at least acoustic-electric in terms of energy transduction direction.
PATROL
The second discussed IP family pertains to the aforementioned irrepressible leakage of neutrinos from a nuclear submarine. These cause, chemical, transmutation of—river, sea, and oceanic—media in the wake and in the environs of the mentioned vessel.
Royal Navy patrol or other crewed and un-crewed military and civilian vessels, global maritime activity in general, produces cavitation.
As such: luminescence, light emitted by collapsing submerged bubbles, may be used to spectroscopically analyse the marine-environment for submarine-betraying-chemicals.
This process may be assisted by the use of hydrophones, a second IP family application of transducers. These transducers operate in the reverse sense of those discussed for the first IP family—namely with an electro-acoustic energy-conversion direction.
Hydrophones may emit acoustic energy to facilitate the collapse of bubbles by sonoluminescence; also, chemical concentration may reveal submarine depth. Of course, mass-spectrometry and spectroscopy may be used in tandem to confirm chemical concentration by marine vessels, aircraft, and satellites.
The seventh and eighth of at least eight unwanted submarine signal leakage phenomena have been listed.

Feel free to leave a comment below for more quantitative information via the publication of specialised reports of the studies. These include, but are not limited to the figures accompanying the aforementioned NETWORK and PATROL sections undertaken by our affiliates.
SIGNIFICANCE
Little can be done to prevent neutrino signal leakage, but background noise may obscure the suggestion of a submarine’s presence. However, confirmatory detection and concealment of signals involving pressure transducers is available via a report—requestable in the comment section below.
This may assist in the maintenance of a small-landmass nation’s nuclear-deterrent. It is our concern that larger landmass nuclear-armed nations may already be privy to their own independently arrived at IP.
This IP may be analogous to, and commensurate with, what has herein been related publicly in the present email excerpt.
